Free Consultation

Many people like the opportunity to speak with a solicitor simply to obtain advice about their legal position, to discuss the options available to them and to clarify fees, before they decide what further steps to take which is why we offer everyone a free consultation.

The free consultation can take place at our offices, by email, telephone or video conference. The consultation is not limited to a specific length of time and we will spend as much time with you as is necessary to ensure that you have all the information you need to make a decision about how to proceed.

We are also happy to consult with those who already have legal representation and simply want a second opinion.

Every free consultation is conducted by the Principal, Slavica Stricevic, who has over 12 years of experience in family law and is a member of Resolution.

Unlike most law firms, which charge for their services on an hourly rate, we offer fixed rate fees on the majority of our services. This means you know from the outset exactly how much your case will cost avoiding any unpleasant surprises later down the line

Flexible Office Hours

We understand that people lead busy lives and are not always able to find time during working hours to deal with legal issues. This is why our service is flexible, allowing us to work around your schedule. Our office hours are longer than those of most law firms. We open from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 7pm, and offer appointments at evenings and weekends too.
