We charge for all our services on a fixed fee basis. The fees applicable will depend to the individual details of your case. If you prefer to be charged on an hourly rate basis we are happy to oblige. Disbursements can include, but are not limited to, court fees, land registry fees, photocopying fees and third party fees (for example barristers, other solicitors, pension experts, accountants, independent financial advisors etc). It is Manor Law's policy to accept cleared funds on account of our fees before we proceed with your case. We will advise you of the sum required upon instruction. It is also our policy to accept cleared funds on account of disbursements and third party fees. We offer a free initial consultation by telephone or email, or at our office. This will give you an opportunity to consult a solicitor about your case with no time restriction and no obligation to instruct us. During the consultation we aim to provide you with advice on any immediate steps you need to take, explain how we would approach your case, the timescale involved and the likely legal fees. If you would like to make an appointment for a free initial consultation, please email us or telephone us between Monday and Friday 9.30am to 7pm on 01992 306616. Evening and weekend appointments are available upon request. |
